Writing Book

The cover system was built around hand-set punctuation marks: exclamation points, quotation marks, ampersands, letterpress-printed in a bold red, green, and teal palette on kraft stock, giving the book a tactile feel that nods to its subject, the craft of writing itself. Inside, the full interior layout was designed to hold a wide range of student work: poetry, plays, screenplays, each piece typeset with a clean, literary sensibility, with section openers carrying the author's name in the same confident type system established on the cover.
